Office Manager Abigail joined Longboat in March 2018 in the role of Office Manager. Abigail has successfully combined her entrepreneurial experience with an outstanding customer service based approach to her management career. Abigail carries a strong background in information technology with an effective leadership driven attitude that supports her goal-orientated work ethic. Abigail’s entrepreneurial drive was sparked with her family’s business, Allwin Plastic Crafts. Throughout her time working for her family, Abigail advanced in business operations, developing processes and procedures, and overseeing a variety of departments. Working for The Ritz-Carlton for eight years, Abigail executed mastery in loss prevention management, security operations, and training and supervising security personnel. Abigail also developed multiple safety plans and created emergency response procedures. All the while maintaining her hospitality based attitude in her management role. With Longboat, Abigail has assisted with The Tickets for Kids expansion into Florida, founded 24 years ago to continually improve the lives of unserved children. Abigail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Sienna College in the Philippines, with a minor in Business Management.
