Principal Josh leverages his broad corporate and entrepreneurial experience to arrive at creative, results-oriented solutions in all facets of business. In his current role, he focuses on developing and refining business strategy, as well as overseeing operations across Longboat’s portfolio. Josh enjoys dreaming up new, exciting ways to enhance the resident living experience at Longboat’s properties and consistently deliver exceptional service. Josh began his career with an entrepreneurial pursuit, founding an import and distribution company based in Shanghai, China. He led the business through a period of dynamic growth and sold the company prior to returning to the United States. Upon his return, Josh led the strategy and implementation of a diverse group of trade and consumer marketing programs while in a senior corporate marketing role. He has gained recognition as an accomplished international marketer and has spoken extensively on the topic. Josh holds a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and completed his international law coursework at the Temple University Law Center in Tokyo, Japan. He is licensed to practice law in Washington State. Josh earned his undergraduate degree in English from Vanderbilt University. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
